2. Products & Pricing

  • Product Display: We make every effort to display the colors, textures, and details of our luxury apparel as accurately as possible. However, slight color variations may occur depending on your device’s display settings.

  • Availability: All orders are subject to stock availability. Since our collections feature limited-edition drops, items in your cart are not reserved until the payment/order confirmation is completed.

  • Pricing Policy: All prices listed on the website are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless stated otherwise. Simirana reserves the right to adjust product pricing or correct typographical errors at any time.

3. Orders & Payment Options

To ensure smooth processing, we support both automated online payments and manual options:

    • Automated Online Payments: We accept Visa, Mastercard, and direct debit transactions powered securely by integrated payment gateways (PayFast / Safepay).

    • Manual Payments: We accept direct transfers via Bank Account, Raast, EasyPaisa, or JazzCash. Orders placed via manual payment require payment proof verification before dispatch.

    • Order Confirmation: Once an order is placed and payment is verified, you will receive an order confirmation email/SMS with your details.

    • Order Cancellation: Simirana reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, payment authorization issues, or suspicion of fraudulent transactions.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Nationwide Delivery: We deliver across Pakistan through authorized courier partners (e.g., TCS, Trax, Leopards).

  • Delivery Timeline: Standard dispatch and delivery usually take between 3 to 7 business days, depending on the delivery destination.

  • Shipping Charges: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and parcel size.

  • Delivery Delays: While we strive to meet all estimated delivery dates, Simirana is not responsible for unexpected courier delays due to weather conditions, strikes, or political events.

5. Exchange & Refund Policy

  • Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must notify our concierge team within 24 to 48 hours of parcel delivery along with photo/video evidence.

  • Exchange Conditions:

    • Items must be unused, unwashed, and unworn with all original tags, security seals, and luxury packaging intact.

    • Customized or altered items cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect.

  • Refunds: Monetary refunds are issued only if an ordered item is out of stock or cannot be fulfilled by Simirana.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content featured on simirana.com—including logos, product designs, brand imagery, text, graphics, typography, and website layouts—is the exclusive property of Simirana (Fateh Enterprises).
